Product Safety
All ceramics sold through Tutta Ceramica are lead safe. Our ceramics are not oven proof or for use in microwave. Temper dishes before serving very hot foods or liquids to avoid breakage. Dishwashing is safe in more cases—do not use extremely hot water.
Shipping
Orders are normally shipped within 48 hours from our Los Altos location. We ship only on the weekdays using UPS ground. Ground shipment, within the continental US, normally takes between 5 to 8 business days.
Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of the order and approved by our customer. Additional charges such as expedited shipping-Hawaii/Alaska, crates or foreign shipments are available. We take great care in packing your order. In each shipment there will be an instruction sheet as to what to do if your order is damaged.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are subject to change. You will be apprised of the availability of the item(s) when you place your order. All sales are final.
Return Policy
You may return any unused ceramic items within 20 days for a store credit. ALL FOOD AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE DUE TO HEALTH REGULATIONS. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A gift certificate will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. When returning items to Tutta Ceramica use original packing as your guide, carefully repackage your merchandise, add any additional material if necessary to insure a secure arrival. Tutta Ceramica will be not responsible for any improper packing. Insure package and send, prepaid, to address listed below. Your store credit will be issued when item is returned properly to Tutta Ceramica.
